In our life, such as audio equipment, electric toys and other electrical appliances, most of them will use the toggle switch. The function of the toggle switch is to realize the connection and disconnection of the circuit by exerting force in different directions on the switch handle. Pay attention to the following matters when using the toggle switch:
1. When the terminal is welded, the load applied to the terminal will cause the possibility of loosening, deformation and reduction of electrical characteristics according to different conditions.
2. Please avoid using water-soluble flux which may corrode the switch during welding.
3. The setting of welding conditions shall be carried out according to the conditions of actual batch production.
4. When soldering tin twice, please do it after the first soldering part returns to normal temperature. Continuous heating may lead to deformation of peripheral parts, looseness and falling off of terminals and decrease of electrical characteristics.
5. Please do not let the flux flow from the periphery of the printed circuit board to the switch.
6. After installing the switch, in order to harden the adhesive of other parts, please contact us when passing through the regenerative hardening furnace.
7. When using through-hole printed circuit boards and circuit boards not recommended, due to the influence of thermal stress, please fully confirm the welding conditions in advance.
8. For pin type, please weld at the pin position. If the welding is carried out when the midpoint of the pin is fixed, the pin mechanism may be deformed.
9. It can't be cleaned. When the terminal is welded, the load applied to the terminal will cause the possibility of looseness, deformation and reduction of electrical characteristics according to different conditions.
