Test under small current (100mA).
Requirement: it must be less than 30 milliohm.
Insulation resistance test:
Input 500V DC voltage for 1 minute and test according to the following contact method:
(1) Between contact terminals.
(2) Between the rubber seat body and the row feet.
Requirements: it must reach more than 100 megohm.
Withstand voltage test:
Input AC 500V (50-60Hz) voltage, 1 minute sensitivity current is 0.5mA, and test according to the following contact method:
(1) The row feet are connected to each other.
(2) Between the row feet and the shell.
Requirement: no insulation damage and other abnormalities.

Durability specification
Solderability test of toggle switch:
The top of the terminal is immersed in the solder pool for 1mm, the temperature is 230 ± 5 ℃, and the time is 3 ± 0.5s.
be careful:
(1) The welding time shall be less than 3 seconds.
(2) The welding area shall be more than 80%.
Welding resistance test:
During welding in the welding furnace, the temperature shall be controlled at 260 ± 5 ℃, the furnace passing time shall be 3 ± 0.5 seconds, and the thickness of the substrate shall be 1.0 mm.
During manual welding, the temperature shall be controlled at 320 ± 5 ℃ for 3 ± 0.5 seconds.
Requirements: the body must be free of deformation and meet the requirements of mechanical and electrical energy.
Life test:
No load: the operator shall conduct 100000 cycles of no-load test at the frequency of 60 times per minute.
requirement:
(1) The contact resistance shall not exceed 200m Ω.

Heat resistance test:
Place it at 85 ± 2 ℃ for 96 hours, and then place it at normal room temperature for 1 hour.
Requirements: no abnormal appearance, meeting the mechanical and electrical performance[ 2]
Cold resistance test:
Place at 40 ± 2 ℃. When the relative humidity is 90 ~ 96%, the sample shall be tested after being placed in the normal environment for 1 hour.
Requirements: the appearance shall be normal and meet the mechanical and electrical performance.
Humidity test:
After being placed in the environment with relative humidity of 90 ~ 96% at 40 ± 2 ℃ for 96 hours, the sample plate shall be tested after being placed in the normal environment for 1 hour.
