Let's start from the above points and introduce the touch switch. The touch switch is also called sensitive switch. Its working mode is to realize the on and off of the circuit through different operating forces and directions (the circuit diagram is shown in the figure below).

 

Next, let's talk about its composition. The light touch switch consists of five parts: pin, base, spring piece (also called pan piece), button and upper cover. The button refers to the place where the switch is pressed by external force, and the spring piece is the key component of the light touch switch. The on-off of the switch depends on the deformation of the spring piece and the contact between the two groups of pins. And the pins are usually in pairs, there are only two pins, or five pins, in pairs, there is one to play the role of grounding. Only when the tap switch is pressed by the correct operating force, the four pins in pairs will conduct. In the natural state, the circuit of the switch is open.

 

There are two common types of clear switch: plug-in (DIP) and SMT. Then the welding methods of these two kinds of touch switches will be different. The soldering of SMT touch switch is mostly reflow soldering to PCB. The welding conditions are as follows:

 

The welding method of dip light touch switch is wave soldering. The welding conditions are as follows:

 

Of course, manual welding can also be used. Generally, the soldering temperature of manual welding is recommended to be ≤ 350 ℃,

 

Welding time ≤ 3 seconds.
